You all are aware that Microsoft yesterday made live of its new search engine called Bing. (try this bing too). Do you wonder whether the Bing goes live or the Live goes Bing? Yes, Microsoft’s search website live.com is re-directing to the Bing site.
Bing-411 and Goog-411
Also Microsoft have launched another service called Bing-411, and it is off course, a competition to the Goog-411 service.
What are Goog-411 and Bing-411? Goog-411 or 1-800-4664-411 is a free phone service where you can call and get the service you are looking for. For example, if you want some pizza, just call goog-411 and tell the location of you and tell them ‘Pizza’. The Goog-411 will connect to the Pizza outlet in year area.
The Bing-411 or 1-800-2464-411 is also offering almost same services. Through Bing-411, you will be able to get driving directions, movie show times, weather updates etc.
It is very clear that Microsoft is directly targeting Google by service by service. In future you may know more Microsoft services directly targeting Google Services.
Microsoft Bing’s search filter
Microsoft Bing has some search filter by default. If your phrase includes ‘sexy’ keyword, Bing will not show you the results saying that the search sexy will return sexually explicit contents.

There is no option to show these contents in the results. But if you try ‘sex-y’, it will show the results including ‘sexy’.
