Missing Air France flight update – Air France Airbus A330-200
Air France filght AF-447 have been missing from today morning onwards. The missing Air France flight left Rio de Janerio for landing at Paris airport at 09:15 GMT.
Reuters reported that the Air France plane could have been hit by lightning as per the spokesman of Air France.
Earlier Air France said there were some electrical fault as reported by the automatic message from the Air France Flight. It is reported that there were 228 passengers on board including 12 crew members, 126 men, 82 women, seven children and a baby.

Update 2: Plane debris found in path Air France jet took – Yahoo News (AP) reported that debris found in the path Air France Jet took on Monday.
Update 5th June 2009 : Guardian.co.uk reported that the debris found was not of Air France AF 447. It is also reported that the French search team could not find any evidence of Air France till date. So what happened to Air France AF 447.
June 7 2009 update: Brazilian officials says that 2 bodies and a ticket found near the Air France Flight 447 crash.
Update on June 8, 2009: AP reported that vertical stabilizer from the tail section of the Air France Flight AF-447 have been discovered and a total of 24 bodies were also discovered.
