Beware! Do not keep any n**e photos of your wife in your mobile phone as it may be a costly/ risky affair.

As per AP reports, Phillip Sherman of Arkansas left his mobile phone (with n**e photos of his wife) at a McDonald’s restaurant and finally these photos were online now.

Now he and his wife Tina are suing McDonald, the franchise owner and the store manager as Phollip Sherman was assured by the employees that they will secure his mobile phone until his return.

The suit is for $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.
