Government of India has an online Grievance forum recently. Can you imagine this is happening in INDIA?
Yes, the govt. wants people to use this tool to highlight the problems they faced while dealing with Government officials or departments like Passport Office, Electricity board, BSNL/MTNL, Railways etc., etc.
So use this grievance forum and educate others who don’t know about this facility. This way we can at least raise our concerns instead of just talking about the ‘System’ in India.
This was setup by The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances department. The Department of Administrative Reforms And Public Grievances is the nodal agency to formulate policy guidelines for citizen-centric governance in the country. Redress of citizens’ grievances , being one of the most important initiatives of the department, DAR&PG formulates public grievance redress mechanisms for effective and timely redress / settlement of citizens’ grievances.
The DAR&PG has been making endeavors to bring excellence in public service delivery and to redress grievances of citizens in a meaningful manner by effectively coordinating with different Ministries and Departments of the Government and trying to eliminate the causes of grievances.

This is to intimate you that the electricity connection given in Desai Nagar including Riverwood park complex is not functioning properly. In the name of Loadsheeding we dont have power supply for more than 11 hours a day for the entire week. It does not makes any change even in Sundays. Due to this condition the life of people over here has become misarable and we have to suffer the entire hot cliamte mainly for infants growing in our homes. Load shedding has a fixed timimg of 6.30 am from morning to 11 am and againg at 1.30 pm to 6 pm in the evening. beyound this, the unexpected power offs every now and then in other available times. The load shedding times is structured in such a way that people can suffer a lot.
Request you to look into this unwanted load shedding and power off as per the wish of line-man/electiricity officers to be addressed ASAP so that people around this area can have electricity. This is a continous story which happend even after so many requests given to the electricity officers. Hence pls do see to it that the needful is done without any delay and the power is maintained without load shedding or unnecessary power cuts.

Dear Sir,
The phone was disconnected in the month of Feb’2008 due to non payment of Bill. When I came to Noida from out side I enquired about the bill amount and paid the bill in full and final vide receipt No. 0134204 & 0134203 dt 04.03.2008.
After payment of the bill when I enquired about the reactivation of line it was told that it would be restarted within a day a two. After lapse of 2-3 days when the phone line was not “on” , the matter was enquired with Accounts Deptt. It was told that the phone serial has been changed and it will be reactivated when phone set would be submitted to the Exchange. Then, I authorized one of our employee for the same and he visited at your different Exchange offices for the same. And he met various JEs and SDOs, running pillar to post.
Lastly, in the month of Sept I contacted the SDO concerned and JTO Mr Darshan Lal .They told to deposit the due amount. I talked to them and said the phone was not in utilization since March ’08 after disconnection. And our men are running pillar to post for getting new number. Then, he said if the phone was not utilized, the charges would wave out. We obtained the dues bill in which it stand clear that during those period there is no any call. The matter was put before them but despite of their assurance they returned my staff without hearing the matter.
As the phone connection was very much urgently required I had to pay the alleged dues amount for Rs. 829+ 414 = 1243.00 vide Receipt No 0238774& 0238773 dt 06.10.2008 respectively.
Now, through this application I draw your kind attention towards above. Kindly adjust the amount which was compellingly charged. Phone was remained unutilized for the period for which you have taken charges.
Now , I have following grievance with the Telecom Deptt, Noida
Grievance Action requested
1. Why the charges for the period Kindly adjust Rs 1243.00 in the
in which the phone was kept dead by your Deptt further bill
2. Why the SDO & JTO dodged me by telling me, Kindly take stern action against
the amount would be waved if there is not no SDO & JTO for misguiding
talk during the subject period the public in their own interest.

Hi,
Please see the attachments.
This is regarding with the garbage accumulation in Mothinagar 1st cross Padavattamma temple street near Bamboo Bazaar, Ward number 30 S K R Market. I am really disappointed with the system its work. The garbage is not cleaned everyday. If it’s cleaned also most of the time only part of the garbage is cleaned.
There is no other place to put the garbage in this area, so every one is dump their garbage in this place. One more thing I want to clarify in almost every where in Bangalore the hotel garbage is directly given to the lorry. But I don’t know almost all hoteliers will dump their garbage in this place. If I asked with them, they replied already informed to the inspector and he agreed with the same. When ever we have word with the inspector he won’t response properly.
Most of time the cows are feeding in this place and their cow dung are trash across the road. Due to this one old lady fell down in this garbage. Later on she was shifted to the hospital due to back fracture.
This is not only single incident, if you watch for half an hour. I am sure you can see at least one incident. Then just imagine how many of them would be affected so far.
Garbage accumulation tends to lot of mosquitoes through out the area. As a result most of them were affected with different diseases in this area. We can’t stay here due bad smell across the place.
Its nothing matter I can leave this area and I can move to some different place. But doing so, I am not doing my responsibility. Please save us from this hell. Please go through attachments.

It is all eye wash. The complaint put on to the PG site is just a formality. Officials just dont react and on knowing the satus of the conplaint, it is mentioned as “CLOSED”. You put as many reminders but there is no action.
i recommend not to propogate such sites as it only adds to the frustation of the citizens.

I have already lodged my complaints thrice DARPG regarding non-implementation of award of Oct 2008 of Hon’ble court by lands department of Haryana Govt since Oct 2008 and you have forwarded my complaint to the concerned officer in Haryana Govt at Chandigarh and it seems no action neither have been taken by the land department of Haryana for the last one year nor no follow up action has been taken by DARPG.
From the above it seems that lodging of Complaint and knowing the status of complaint is an eye wash and nothing else and it is only the drump beeting e-Governance.
Mu suggestion is that if Govt is spending crores of rupees ofn maintaining this site and appointing higher Govt official and following up action should also be taken by the DARPG so that the agrieved person can get a relief of his grievances.

With due respect I beg to state that I had mailed a letter through speed post (SP No. EU 49147416 IN.) on 06/05/08,addressed to Mr. Shyamal Kumar Guha, A-402 Dheeraj Residancy, Oshiwara Link Road, Goregaon (West), MUMBAI. 400104, from Lalbagh Post Office, Lucknow. The aforesaid letter has not been delivered to the addressee till date.
I had lodged a complaint with the Chief Post Master; Lucknow GPO (Mr.V.K Daksh) on 16/05/08.I had also forwarded a copy of the same to the Chief Post Master General, U.P Circle, Lucknow.I was given repeated assurances that enquiry is being made and the letter would be located shortly.Inspite of my repeated reminders no satisfactory step was taken on behalf of the postal dept.Hence I had to take up the matter with the Public Information Officer (letter Ref. No. CPT/RTI/GPO/2008-09/4), who on his part had instructed the officials to take prompt action. But nothing has been done till now and the aforementioned letter is still untraceable.
Due to such lackadaisical attitude on the part of the postal dept. I had to incur huge financial loss, not to mention mental and physical harassment. The aforesaid letter contained a demand draft (DD 193618) meant to repay the loan I had taken during my daughter’s wedding. Due to the delay in loan repayment I had to pay an additional charge of Rs.1, 00,000 as a defaulter.
I believe that ample time has been given to sort this matter out but nothing has been done to my satisfaction.Hence, I would request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take appropriate action against the officials responsible for my loss and compensate the financial loss incurred by me.

With reference to my grievances, a complain had been lodged on 22nd September 2009, to the department of our Honorable Central Ministry, controlling the Indian Postal Services, that due to the negligence of the postal department, a letter booked by Speed Post from Lucknow on 6th May 2008, for delivering at Mumbai, till date that letter had not been delivered, I have made several written complains to the Chief Post Master GPO Lucknow and other officials, but there is no response, the last attempt that remain to inform our Public Grievance forum, that to take disciplinary action on those responsible persons are found negligence in their duties, and the officials reactant to take any action in spite of my regular reminders, further to compensate my financial loss.
